Artichoke Agaves are a “dwarf” type of agave. Over the course of several years they will form a 2’x2’ floret staying maintain a tight form. They are winter hardy down to 15 degrees and will tolerate winter rains but prefer very well drained soils in the winter to keep the roots from rotting.
